Educational success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including individual effort, prior knowledge, and external circumstances.
4.4 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, or governmental actions. During such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the circumstance.
5. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
5.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
